Important Note

While I try to have a turn around time of about a week, commissions can take about a month and a half. The complexity and how many changes you require along the way play a huge role in this, so make sure to voice how you're feeling. How quickly you respond also impacts how long the commission takes me, since I can't move forward without your approval of things, so be sure to check your messages often.

Planning

First you'll need to reach out to me via email (cor@waresbyfiend.com) or discord (fiendantics), this is where we'll talk about what you're looking for, and when you'll send reference images if you have any.

Sketching

After this I'll draw up a sketch to give you an idea of how it would look. This is the stage where any, if not all, changes will have to be made, if any complex changes need to be made after this than there is an extra fee.

Sketch Approval & Payment

Once you approve the sketch you'll pay the full commission fee, I only accept payment in full upfront. From here it'll be about a month before you receive your finished commission, but don't worry I'll be sending you updates along the way.

Copyright Transfer Fee

I own all commissioned I create until you pay the $75 fee to transfer ownership, at this point I will remove my watermark from it and you can do with it as you like, except for commercial use, please email me to discuss commercial use (cor@waresbyfiend.com).

Additional Changes Fee

There is a $25 fee to change things with your commission once we've passed the Sketching Phase of the progress. This fee is because making changes after the Sketching Phase is significantly more difficult to do.
